BACK THEN
Five years ago, I weighed 70 kg—but not the way I do now. I wasn’t strong. I wasn’t lean. I was just fat, out of shape, and unhappy with what I saw in the mirror.
I had no idea where to start. No special genetics. No shortcuts. Just a body I wasn’t proud of and a mind filled with self-doubt. But deep inside, I knew one thing—I couldn’t stay the same.
So, I made a choice. A choice to show up. A choice to push through the discomfort. A choice to demand more from myself.
The journey wasn’t easy. Every rep felt like a battle, every workout a challenge. But I stayed consistent. I trusted the process. And over time, something incredible happened—my body changed, but my weight stayed the same.
70 KG THEN VS. 70 KG NOW
Today, I still weigh 70 kg—but I am not the same person. My body is completely recomposed. Fat burned away, replaced by strength, endurance, and discipline. What was once weakness turned into power. What was once insecurity became confidence.
People often focus on the numbers on the scale, but weight alone means nothing. It’s about what that weight is made of. It’s about how you feel, how you perform, and how much control you have over your body and mind.
But even now, after five years of transformation, I know this is just the beginning. There’s still more to achieve, more to grow, and more limits to break.
